Very kind lady called to let me know there was a delivery issue vs. Just leaving the flowers unattended to. Step up in customer service, in my book. Plus flowers looked vibrant and healthy. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

Tommy Austin is great. They ran out of one of the flowers in the bouquet I selected and Tommy Austin called me and offered to replace it with an even nicer flower, making it an upgraded bouquet for no additional cost to me. My friend loved it and said it was the nicest bouquet she has EVER received. Thank you!

The flowers delivered to my friend were beautiful, she sent me a photo. And they did the trick of cheering her up, that was my goal. The colors chosen were lovely, closely matched the photo I saw and ordered. Flowers looked very high quality.

I ordered a flower arrangement today at noon (Valentines Day) and it was supposed to be delivered tommorrow. But it arrived few hours after I placed the oreder! I was gonna surprise my wife but you guys surprised me! Thank you for the great service.

Amazing!!! Liz made my dream wedding come true. I tried explaining how I wanted my crazy arrangements and she made them exactly how I envisioned them. She's the sweetest lady and has such a passion for what she does. All her work blows my mind. She creates the most beautiful and unique arrangements and my wedding turned out to be amazing.
